Jubilee Parade & Opening of Arch
Saturday 18th June 2022Opening of Arch and Parade 🟠🟣Proceedings begin at 2pm, with Banner dedication and new Warrants being presented to Hillsborough LOL 288, and Junior LOL 55, to change their names to Royal Hillsborough, and Royal Junior, respectively.The Jubilee Parade & Opening of Arch in the Royal Village, starts at 2.30pm.There are some great bands parading with the local Lodges and visiting Junior Lodges. 🇬🇧Later in the afternoon, Hillsborough Working Together, has organised a Jubilee family fun day with bouncy castles, assault courses, slides, hot food, ice cream and various entertainment.This event takes place at Hillsborough Village Centre football pitches.This is a great opportunity to meet up with family, friends and members of the wider community, to celebrate this unique and special joint occasion!
