Star of David

Well, that’s another year started for the band on Monday.

The last few years has seen it go through many ups and downs.

This year we are making a determined drive to seek new members, young, old, male or female.

Star of David has been, and is a much loved band in our town, and perhaps with society and communities changing, bands may not be the top of peoples priorities. But we and I think you too would love to see this band, started and run By David McKeown, not just continue, but grow and remain much loved.

So to that end, we desperately need accordion players.

If you have played an accordion before then all the better. But if you haven’t we will give one to one tuition at practise that will bring you along until you are skilled in playing.
